What is the return policy for JAX Outdoor Gear and apparel?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed clothing and gear with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Do you offer international shipping for Farm & Ranch supplies?

Currently, JAX Outdoor Gear ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I return an online order to a physical JAX retail location?

Yes, online purchases can be returned to any of our JAX Outdoor Gear, Farm & Ranch retail stores. Please bring your order confirmation email or packing slip to facilitate the process.

How can I track my package once it has been sent?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
